The founder, Julio Martínez-Bujanda, based on a long family tradition, established this winery with a view to making wine exclusively with grapes from its vineyards.

The wine from Bodegas Ondalan is unique in its fidelity to the land where it is made, in the care and selection of our own grapes and in the permanent care placed in its preparation and maturing.

The human factor is a fundamental part of his philosophy. A key element of this winery is the direct, familiar and caring relationship with those who share his enthusiasm for wine. They are also the creator of the "Wine_Making Themed Classroom".

In addition, the winery has a clear didactic vocation that led to the creation of the "Winemaking Workshop", with its collection of varieties, courses for beginners, cultural visits...
