Bodegas Covila
Covila was founded in 1989 by a group of 60 vine-growers, which allows them to organise the wine making process right from the vineyards themselves, in accordance with the ripeness levels in each area of the municipality.
They use two different methods in the processing of their wines: the traditional method or carbonic maceration, typical in this area, and the stem removal process. To do this, their installations are equipped with the latest technologies, incorporating systems that guarantee quality production. Their wines have been awarded prizes both in this country and abroad.
