Villa-Lucía is an innovative gastronomic space inspired by the local cuisine and traditional recipes of Luchy Santamaría. At the centre, in full view of the diners, are the grills, where sustainable charcoal, wood thinnings, vine stocks and branches add an exquisite touch to the tradition of preparing roasts. A range of starters, stews, vegetables, fish, meat and homemade desserts make up an appealing menu.
As part of our commitment to returning to the roots of local cuisine based on traditional recipes with a modern twist, we are convinced that the most important factor is to use the finest ingredients and remain faithful to our local sourcing philosophy, working hand in hand with local producers and using farmhouse and Eusko-Label products.
The main dining room has an exquisite vintage industrial décor in which metal, iron and wood are the main features, following the style of the winemaking industry of the first third of the 20th century. We also have a private dining room with the same style of decoration for meetings, celebrations and more intimate meals. Alternatively, the Villa-Lucía Vintage Terrace is a place where you can let your imagination run wild. A unique setting covering more than 275 square metres that envelops visitors in a natural environment where they can enjoy an exceptional food and wine experience.
