The Rioja Alavesa Wine Route is organising the First "Rioja Alavesa Wine Route" Journalism Awards with a view to rewarding journalists and media professionals that best reflect, in the works submitted, the attractions and possibilities of this tourist project.

All authors and media companies that have published own reports or new items at a national, provincial, regional or local level may participate in the First "Rioja Alavesa Wine Route" Awards.

The said works, which may have been published in print, on television, radio or on-line media, must have been published between January 1st, 2010, and August 30th, 2010, both inclusive, in any of the official languages recognised in Spain.

The First "Rioja Alavesa Wine Route" Journalism Awards, which have a total budget of 36,000 Euro together with commemorative plaques for the three winners in each category, may not be declared void. For further information, please download the leaflet in PDF format.
